Expect to be standing, yelling, cheering, whistling.  The finish line is a fun place to volunteer as you see the riders smiling at the joy you give them.

SAG (Support and Gear). These volunteers are out on the route to provide mechanical aid, first aid, support, security, direction and anything that is needed.  Mechanics drive their own vehicles, tools and gear.  Tubes and some items will be provided.  SAG are asked to provide rides to downed riders and their bikes.  They may be asked to direct non SAG mechanics AKA husbands off the course.  Riders should rely on our SAG and not their own who cause a hazard by following their own riders.  A cell phone is required so that a dispatcher can contact you to send you to locations where repairs or aid is needed.  Bring sunscreen, water, a hat and tools.  We cannot pay for fuel so thanks up front to those who volunteer for this type of post.  You're awesome!

A shirt and meal are provided.
Motorcycle SAG / Field Marshal: Hard / Mechanical ability and motorcycle required
These volunteers ride their motorcycles along the route to assist where needed.  They also act as field marshals to keep people off the course who are not needed.  You will need your own motorcycle.  We will equip you with markings so riders know you are with the ride.  Because you are on a motorcycle your mobility is greatly increased compared to cars/trucks.  Warm riding gear to sun screen is recommended.  Some tools and gear will be provided.

A T-shirt and meal are given.
This volunteer position is for those who may wish to stay overnight in the park at our event site.  If there are issues volunteer is to contact local Police Dept and Event Coordinator.
